It s a bright-blue, four-story, arch-shaped building overlooking the Mekong river, and constitutes the best pick in town for comfort-travellers and those here on business. Elsewhere in southeast Asia this would be a two-star place - the atmosphere isn t exactly scintillating, but the rooms are clean and well-supplied with furnishings and amenities. |
