Darasavath has cheaper rooms made of rattan with neither fan nor mosquito net, and grotty bathrooms with a cold shower and a squat toilet. Stained sheets on the beds and a lack of pillow and quilt covers don t add much to the atmosphere. The pricier selection are much cleaner and worth the extra dollar. Bathrooms have a hot shower and western toilet, a mosquito net and access to a small ground-level balcony which is blocked in, goes nowhere, and has no view, but lets air circulate into the fanless rooms. |
